Body language and spiritual connection
Culture . Health . TravelThe person I will describe is not my fellow-student or a friend of the same age. However, it is a story about magnificent international connection, which has changed a lot my perception of life. A story, created by conducting a long-distance interview via voice messages and e-mails. And now I can say that I am really happy to have such an opportunity to talk with this person again and to remember everything.
So the name of the interlocutor is Bette. She is 36 years old right now. Bette was born and raised in France. She has got a prestigious economical education there and was supposed to work in one of the largest banks. But one day she left her parents, expensive house and all the goods, which she had been gathering for years, and at the age of 28 moved to Greece.
“I just realized that I don`t want to spend my whole life like this, simply going with the flow. I knew that I wanted adventures and consequently big changes in my life came”
- Bette, I am sorry to bother you, but let`s clarify a bit our relationship for readers.
- Of course, no problem at all. We met at my work. Last summer in August you were the only one who decided to visit sports class in our hotel, while other guests were sunbathing on the beach and swimming in the sea. Respect you for this!
- Thank you, it`s so nice to hear this!
- Yes, I was very upset when you had to leave. Hope you continue doing physical activities…
- I do! Though, could you, please, tell a bit about your feelings after such a spontaneous moving to a completely different country with a different uncommon language. You have already mentioned that not only sports but also your meditation and breathing practices helped you to deal with everything…
- Yes, you are absolutely right. To move to another country is always a stress. To move to another country without any plan and necessary language skills is double-stress. But I don`t regret it. I found a profession of my dream – I always keep my mind and body clear and healthy and do my best to help other people in it. You have already seen all the candles and pillows which I bring from my house for meditation-sessions. So I literally give my whole soul at work and in return get some open-minded gorgeous people. It is worth all the struggles, which I had before reaching this point.
- Are you completely settled on Crete right now?
- Yes, I am. I have a house, my husband and loving baby. I feel that I am in the right place.
- In this case can you, please, give a piece of advice for those who is frightened to move to another country?
“Don`t be afraid. That`s it. Simple, but true. You will never know, until you try. And in the end you will always find your real destiny”
- Sounds great! Many thanks!!!
