A farewell letter to Munich

Uncategorized

This winter semester is going to the end. And I believe that the traveling, studying and living experience in Munich will be precious and memorable for my entire life.

I love the peaceful atmosphere in Munich as well as the natural landscape around. When I went to the top of Zugspitze, I was shocked by the snow mountain which I had never seen before. Maybe I can say beside my dorm and school, the Hauptbahnhof is the place I know most in Munich.

I also travel a lot in Europe(Berlin, Prague, Rome, Florence, Paris, Barcelona), and feel the local conditions and customs, taking chances to meet some old friend who work or study abroad. It is also my honor to see Van Gogh’s sunflowers and Monet’s water lilies in galleries.

When it comes to the study in LMU, I must express my appreciate to Miriam and Julia. Thank you for organize various activities, giving me a general view of the media in Germany. It is my pleasure to meet all my lovely classmate in profcom! If you have chance to come to China, especially Beijing and Shanghai, please feel free to contact me(ins:thea_huo)!

I do have a lot of free time in Munich. It provides me a good chance to take care of myself. I’m always excited to go to the supermarket and make some dishes by myself. This kind of  small things gived me a lot of encourage to start my career in the coming July. Finally, I have enough time to experience my life itself.

At this moment, I really miss my family and friends in China. But also I couldn’t bear to leave Munich. The days and night in Munich will never fade away in my mind. Perhaps at some moment in the future, I will still remember the sunny morning when the plane landed in Munich.
